I would like to comment on how happy I am with my recent investment with Land Specialties in NE Georgia. As a former Floridian, I cannot say enough good things about the climate here and the most beautiful, priceless views. I can finally enjoy all the seasons without ever worrying about shoveling snow. The fall is spectacular! I had considered many other locations before choosing NE Georgia including, North Carolina, Tennessee, and even N Florida. For the money, you can’t beat NE Georgia. The taxes, insurance and humidity in Florida are horrible – no wonder everyone is leaving. The land value beat out North Carolina and Tennessee; too many others have already filled those states. I also love to snow ski and now I am close to Sugar Mountain, NC and many other ski resorts in this area. I still have my choice of going to beaches in Georgia, better than that are some fantastic lakes and parks. If I do need to fly or get a dose of the city, Atlanta is just over an hour away – with tons of entertainment to enjoy….
Needless to say, I love it here in NE Georgia!
